What we built

The build wasn't a dashboard replacement or a BI migration. It was a three-component intelligence layer that closed the loop between planning sessions.

The first component was the Deck Builder: a system that ingests the client's existing data sources, media performance, POS, retailer feeds, syndicated data, and generates the monthly pre-read automatically. Not a template fill, but a contextualized analysis calibrated to the team's KPI definitions, baselines, and terminology, output directly into PowerPoint, where the team already worked. No new platform to learn. No new login to manage.

The second component was the Strategy Assistant: an intelligence layer embedded in Teams and PowerPoint that the planning team could query during and between sessions.
