We have a multi-step, distributed vetting process. We are an invite-only community, and have a Talent Growth team dedicated to finding world-class builders. Additionally, around 30% of our builders are actually referred by other A.Team members.
Once referred or invited to our community, every builder submits an application which is then reviewed by our team. Following the application, the builders undergo an interview and a sample work of their work is reviewed by a functional area specialist (developers review code of developers, designer reviews portfolios of designers, etc.). This is followed by or coupled with a personal/communication skills interview.
Lastly, we do mission-specific vetting as well to ensure we are sending you a team proposal with the most relevant builders, aligned with the skills and expertise you need for your mission.
