The Challenge
As the market research industry accelerated, quantitative innovation surged while qualitative research lagged—remaining manual, fragmented, and slow. Buzzback’s leadership saw a critical opportunity: create a streamlined, secure platform for connecting research experts with organizations that need them. The vision was ambitious: the platform (Studio) would enable seamless collaboration, and through single sign-on, users could move smoothly from Studio into other fieldwork platforms. If executed well, this would expand Buzzback’s reach with its Fortune 100 and 50 client base. But with the market evolving quickly, Buzzback needed to get it right from day one.
The Solution
